Keybindings
All keyboard shortcuts use Mod as a platform-agnostic modifier: Cmd on macOS, Ctrl on Windows/Linux.
Every binding below can be changed in Settings, which reads the same registry
this page does.
Tabs and windows
| Shortcut | Command | Description |
|---|
Mod+1 … Mod+8 | — | Go to the first through eighth open tab |
Mod+9 | — | Go to the last open tab |
Mod+Tab | — | Cycle tabs |
Mod+W | Close Tab | Close the active tab |
Mod+Shift+T | Reopen Closed Tab | Restore the last closed tab |
Mod+Shift+N | New Window | Open a new window |
Mod+Shift+R | Reload Window | Reload the application |
Mod+= / Mod+- / Mod+0 | — | Zoom in, out, reset |
The digit shortcuts address tabs, the way a browser does. They are handled
before the command registry sees them, so they cannot be rebound.

These have no default binding and are reached from the Command Palette
(Mod+Shift+P): Welcome, Go to Sessions, Go to Hub, Task Board, Roadmap,
Onboarding Tour, Release Notes, New Team Session, Export Session as Markdown,
New Terminal pane, Open Browser Pane, Open Workspace, Kill Terminal, Show Git
Diff, Stage All Changes, Undo Last Commit, Push, Pull, Checkout Branch,

four Auth commands, Edit CLAUDE.md, Edit Project Settings, Next Tab and

A handful of commands appear in the palette without a handler behind them yet
and will tell you so when picked: Resume Session, Kill Session, Delete
Session, Delete Skill, Switch Theme (use the picker in Settings), Toggle
Context File, Switch Context Profile, List Context Files, Compose Context and
Go to Home.
